How do I order a portrait
Simply just click on the contact page and send me an email with the attached photo or send me one through the post. You dont pay any money upfront. If you send one by mail, then please sandwich it between some cardboard to stop it getting bent and send it recorded or special delivery. I will send it back to you in the same condition that I receive it.

How do I attach a photo in an email
To attach a photograph in your email please just click attach a file, then browse for your photo and click add.

How do you accept payment
I accept payment either by Paypal, Cheque, Postal order or cash. (Please send cash recorded delivery.)

Can you add two or more subjects from different photos
Yes, please see the prices page

How long will I take for the portrait arrive
I will send you your portrait within a week. Please be aware the shipping times if you live outside the UK. It may take longer at christmas so please order early. 

How do you send the portraits and are they framed
I send all my portraits rolled up and placed in cardboard tubes. I do not frame them simply because I dont know what your tastes are and it also cuts down on the cost.

How much does it cost me for postage and package.
Nothing. It is free delivery no matter where in the world you live.

Can I approve the portrait before I buy it
Yes, I will email you a photo of your portrait for you to approve. This will be your chance to tell me if it ned any changes to it or not.
